Pricing questions
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan runs a real menu with every feature available — it just caps usage (branches, menu items, AI Waiter conversations). No card required, no trial clock.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time, up or down. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly, per restaurant. You get an invoice and a payment link each cycle — no card stored, nothing charged automatically.
- What happens if I hit my AI Waiter limit?
- The chat widget pauses for the rest of the month and your menu stays fully usable. Upgrade or wait for the monthly reset to resume.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, whenever you want. Your menu stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for.
